TRILUMA Cream is a prescription topical combination containing Hydroquinone 4%, Tretinoin 0.05%, and Fluocinolone Acetonide 0.01%. It is indicated for the short-term treatment of moderate to severe melasma of the face along with appropriate sun-avoidance measures and sunscreen.

Hydroquinone is a depigmenting agent, tretinoin is a retinoid, and fluocinolone acetonide is a topical corticosteroid.
