• Telmisartan I.P.: 40 mg
• Metoprolol Succinate I.P.: 25 mg (as Extended Release)
• Excipients: q.s.
• Colours: Ferric Oxide Red USP-NF & Titanium Dioxide I.P.

• Take one tablet daily or as directed by your physician.
• Swallow whole with water — do not crush or chew.
• Take at a consistent time each day for optimal effect.
