Glimestar-PM2 Tablet ER is a prescription oral antidiabetic medicine containing Glimepiride 2 mg, Metformin 500 mg and Pioglitazone 15 mg. It is used in adults with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus to help improve blood glucose control along with appropriate diet and exercise, as prescribed by a doctor.
