Gemer DS 1 Tablet is a dual-action oral anti-diabetic medicine containing Metformin Hydrochloride (Prolonged-Release) 1000 mg and Glimepiride 1 mg. It is designed for effective control of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus, especially in adults who need higher Metformin support.
