Amlosafe 3D 80 Tablet

Amlosafe 3D 80 is a triple-drug fixed dose combination containing Telmisartan (ARB), Hydrochlorothiazide (thiazide diuretic) and Amlodipine (calcium channel blocker). It is prescribed by doctors for the management of high blood pressure and to help protect heart and blood vessels when used regularly as advised by the physician.

• Use this medicine strictly as directed by your physician.
• Swallow the tablet whole with water; do not crush or chew unless your doctor tells you to.
• Try to take the dose at the same time every day for best blood pressure control.
• Do not stop this medicine suddenly without consulting your doctor, even if you feel better.
• If you miss a dose, take it as soon as you remember. If it is almost time for the next dose, skip the missed one and continue the regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
• Inform your doctor about all other medicines (for BP, heart, kidney, diabetes, etc.) before starting Amlosafe 3D 80.

• Store in a cool, dry place, protected from light and moisture.
• Recommended storage temperature: not exceeding 30°C.
• Keep out of reach of children.
• Use only on medical advice. Not to be used during pregnancy or breastfeeding unless clearly prescribed.
• Seek medical help if you notice dizziness, severe weakness, swelling of face/ankles, breathing difficulty or any other unusual symptom.
