Zifi O 100 DT Tablet

Zifi-O 100 DT Tablet is an antibiotic medicine used to treat bacterial infections in children affecting the eyes, ears, nose, throat, lungs, skin, bones and joints, gastrointestinal tract, and urinary tract. It is also used in the treatment of typhoid fever in children and adolescents. This medicine should be given strictly under medical supervision.

Zifi-O 100 DT Tablet is generally well tolerated. Common side effects may include:

• Loss of appetite
• Vomiting
• Diarrhea
• Nausea
• Abdominal pain
• Allergic reactions (rare)

Give this medicine in the dose and duration advised by your doctor. Dissolve the tablet in a glass of water before giving it to your child. It should be taken with food. Do not double the dose in case of vomiting or missed dose.

Zifi-O 100 DT Tablet contains two antibiotics:

Cefixime prevents bacteria from forming their protective cell wall.
Ofloxacin interferes with bacterial DNA, stopping growth and spread.

Together, they effectively control bacterial infections.
