Telmisartan and Metoprolol Succinate (ER) Tablets 50 mg is a dual-action prescription medicine used to treat high blood pressure (hypertension) and protect the heart from future cardiac events. It combines Telmisartan (an angiotensin II receptor blocker that relaxes blood vessels) and Metoprolol Succinate (Extended Release) (a beta-blocker that slows the heart rate and reduces cardiac strain).
