- Hydroquinone USP – 2.0% w/w
- Tretinoin USP – 0.025% w/w
- Mometasone Furoate IP – 0.1% w/w
- Cream Base – q.s.
- Helps reduce melasma and hyperpigmentation
- Lightens dark spots and uneven skin tone
- Improves skin renewal and texture
- Reduces inflammation, redness, and irritation
- Effective in sun-induced pigmentation when used as prescribed
- Apply a thin layer once daily, preferably at night, or as directed by a physician
- Apply only on the affected area
- Avoid contact with eyes, mouth, and mucous membranes
