Use exactly as prescribed by your physician. Do not change dose or stop treatment without consulting your doctor.

Typical instruction: One tablet once daily (or as directed by the physician). Follow the prescription given by your healthcare provider.

Pregnancy: Telmisartan may cause injury or death to the developing fetus when used during the second and third trimesters. If pregnancy is detected, stop Telmisartan and inform your doctor immediately.

Important: Inform your physician if you have liver/kidney disease, heart problems, or any other medical conditions, or if you are taking other medicines (especially other blood pressure drugs, diuretics, NSAIDs, lithium, or potassium supplements).

If you experience symptoms such as severe dizziness, fainting, swelling, or difficulty breathing, seek medical help immediately.

Store protected from light and moisture at a temperature not exceeding 30°C (or as instructed on the pack). Keep out of reach of children. Do not use after the expiry date printed on the pack.
