• Telmisartan I.P.: 80 mg
• Hydrochlorothiazide I.P.: 12.5 mg
• Amlodipine Besylate I.P. (Eq. to Amlodipine): 5 mg

• Take one tablet daily or as prescribed by your doctor.
• Swallow whole with water; do not crush or chew.
• Best taken at the same time daily for consistent results.
