Amlosafe MT 25 is a fixed-dose combination of Metoprolol Succinate (beta blocker) and Amlodipine Besylate (calcium channel blocker). It is prescribed for the management of high blood pressure (hypertension) and helps reduce the risk of stroke, heart attack and other cardiovascular complications as directed by your physician.

- Helps reduce the risk of stroke, heart attack and heart failure (when taken regularly as advised)
- Convenient once-daily prolonged-release tablet
- Use this medicine only as prescribed by your physician.
- Swallow the tablet whole with water; do not crush, break or chew.
- Take at the same time every day for best BP control.
- Do not stop the medicine suddenly without medical advice, even if you feel better.
- If you miss a dose, take it as soon as you remember. If it is almost time for the next dose, skip the missed dose – do not double the dose.
- Amlodipine Besylate IP – equivalent to Amlodipine 5 mg
- Metoprolol Succinate IP – 25 mg (as prolonged-release form)
- Colours: Ferric Oxide USP-NF (Yellow) & Titanium Dioxide IP
- Excipients: q.s. (as per manufacturer’s formulation)
