Zomelis SR 100 Tablet is a medicine used to treat type 2 diabetes mellitus. It is taken along with a healthy diet and regular exercise to control blood sugar levels. This helps prevent complications such as kidney damage, nerve problems, blindness and stroke. It may be prescribed alone or with other diabetes medicines when diet or exercise alone is not effective.

Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

• Hypoglycemia (low blood sugar)
• Tremors
• Headache
• Dizziness
• Fatigue
• Nausea

Carry glucose/sugar to manage sudden hypoglycemia.

Take in the dose and duration as prescribed by your doctor. Swallow whole; do not crush or chew. Can be taken with or without food, preferably at the same time daily.
