Uphold Tablet

Uphold Tablet contains Tadalafil 10 mg and Dapoxetine 30 mg. It is a prescription medicine used in men for the management of erectile dysfunction and premature ejaculation, as directed by a registered medical practitioner.

This strip contains 4 film coated tablets.

Each film coated tablet contains:

• Tadalafil IP 10 mg
• Dapoxetine Hydrochloride IP equivalent to Dapoxetine 30 mg
• Colour: Red Oxide of Iron
• Excipients: q.s.

Uphold Tablet may be prescribed for:

• Erectile dysfunction in adult men
• Premature ejaculation, as part of a comprehensive treatment plan

Use only if prescribed by your urologist, andrologist, psychiatrist, endocrinologist or other registered medical specialist.

Dosage is strictly as directed by the physician. Do not self medicate or change the dose on your own.

• Swallow the tablet whole with water.
• Do not crush, break or chew the tablet.
• Take with or without food, as advised by your doctor.

• Use only on the prescription of a registered medical practitioner.
• Inform your doctor about any heart, liver, kidney, blood pressure or psychiatric problems before use.
• Do not use with nitrates or certain heart medicines unless cleared by your doctor.
