Telvas-LNC 6.25

Each film-coated tablet contains:

• Cilnidipine IP — 10 mg
• Telmisartan IP — 40 mg
• Chlorthalidone IP — 6.25 mg
• Excipients — q.s.

Used for management of hypertension (high blood pressure) as prescribed by a registered medical practitioner. Combination therapy for patients requiring multiple mechanisms of blood pressure control.

Dosage: As directed by the physician. Do not self-adjust dose.

How to take: Swallow whole with water. Do not crush or chew. Take at the same time each day for best effect.

Store in a cool, dry place. Protect from light and moisture. Keep out of reach of children.

• Not recommended in pregnancy — Telmisartan and related drugs can cause fetal harm. Stop if pregnancy is detected and consult doctor immediately.
