• Telmisartan I.P.: 40 mg
• Metoprolol Succinate I.P.: Equivalent to Metoprolol Tartrate 25 mg (as extended release)
• Chlorthalidone I.P.: 12.5 mg
• Colours: Lake of Carmoisine, Lake of Sunset Yellow FCF, and Titanium Dioxide I.P.

• Take one tablet daily or as directed by your doctor.
• Swallow whole with water, without crushing or breaking.
