• Telmisartan I.P.: 40 mg
• Amlodipine Besylate I.P.: Equivalent to Amlodipine 5 mg
• Chlorthalidone I.P.: 12.5 mg
• Excipients: q.s.
• Colours: Red Oxide of Iron & Titanium Dioxide I.P.

• Take one tablet daily or as directed by your physician.
• Swallow whole with water; do not crush or chew.
• Take at the same time each day for maximum effectiveness.

• Store in a cool, dry place below 30 °C and away from moisture.
• Keep out of reach of children and pets.
• Do not remove tablet from strip until immediately before use.
