Omnipres-20 H Tablets contain Olmesartan Medoxomil and Hydrochlorothiazide, used for the treatment of high blood pressure (hypertension).

Olmesartan relaxes blood vessels to improve blood flow, while Hydrochlorothiazide removes excess salt and water from the body. Together, they provide effective blood pressure control and help reduce the risk of heart attack, stroke, and kidney complications.

Take exactly as prescribed by your physician.
Usually taken once daily, preferably at the same time each day.
Swallow tablet whole with water.
Do not crush or chew unless advised.
