Debistal M1 is a combination antidiabetic medicine containing Glimepiride and Metformin Hydrochloride (Prolonged Release). It is used for the management of Type-2 Diabetes Mellitus when diet, exercise, and single-drug therapy are not sufficient.

Glimepiride stimulates insulin release from the pancreas, while Metformin improves insulin sensitivity and reduces glucose production in the liver. The prolonged-release Metformin provides sustained blood sugar control with improved gastrointestinal tolerance.

Take exactly as prescribed by your physician.
Usually taken with meals to reduce stomach upset.
Swallow tablets whole – do not crush or chew.
Regular blood glucose monitoring is advised.
