CTD-T AM 12.5/80/5 Tablet is a combination medicine used to treat hypertension (high blood pressure) when a single medication is not effective. It helps to lower high blood pressure and reduces the risk of future heart attack and stroke.

It should be taken with food, preferably at the same time every day. Because it contains a diuretic (water pill), it increases urine output so it is better to avoid taking it within four hours of bedtime. Use this medicine regularly even if you feel well, as high blood pressure usually has no symptoms.

CTD-T AM 12.5/80/5 Tablet relaxes and widens blood vessels so that blood can flow more easily around the body. It also removes excess water and salts through urine, which further helps lower blood pressure. By keeping blood pressure under control, it reduces the risk of stroke, heart attack and kidney problems in the long term. You may not feel an immediate benefit, but regular use as prescribed helps keep you well.

CTD-T AM 12.5/80/5 Tablet is a combination of three medicines:

Telmisartan – an angiotensin receptor blocker (ARB) that relaxes and widens blood vessels, lowering blood pressure.
Amlodipine – a calcium channel blocker (CCB) that further relaxes blood vessels and improves blood flow.
Chlorthalidone – a diuretic (water pill) that removes extra water and certain electrolytes from the body through urine. Over time, it also helps relax blood vessels and improve circulation.
