CTD-T AM 12.5/40/5 Tablet is a combination medicine used to treat hypertension (high blood pressure) when a single medication is not effective. Lowering high blood pressure helps prevent future heart attack and stroke. It contains a diuretic (water pill) so avoid taking it within 4 hours of bedtime. Take it regularly even if you feel well, as high blood pressure usually has no symptoms.

CTD-T AM 12.5/40/5 Tablet relaxes blood vessels and increases urine output, helping lower blood pressure and reduce risk of stroke, heart attack and kidney problems. It works long-term to keep you healthy even though you may not feel immediate effects. Take regularly as prescribed.

Most side effects do not require medical attention and disappear as your body adjusts. Consult your doctor if they persist.

Telmisartan – ARB that relaxes blood vessels
Amlodipine – Calcium channel blocker (CCB) that widens blood vessels
Chlorthalidone – Diuretic that removes extra salt and water through urine
