CTD-MT 12.5/25/40 Tablet ER

CTD-MT 12.5/25/40 Tablet ER is a combination medicine used in the treatment of hypertension (high blood pressure). It works by relaxing blood vessels, improving heart pumping efficiency, and removing extra water and electrolytes from the body.

It may be taken with or without food, but should be taken at the same time every day. Since it increases urine output, it is better to take it in the daytime or at least 4 hours before bedtime to avoid nighttime urination. Continue taking it as long as your doctor prescribes.
