Clopidogrel Tablets IP 75 mg is a prescription antiplatelet medicine used to prevent blood clots in patients with heart disease, stroke, or peripheral arterial disease. It works by preventing platelets from sticking together, improving blood flow, and reducing the risk of serious cardiovascular events such as heart attack or stroke.
