Amlosafe 10 Tablet

Amlosafe 10 contains Amlodipine, a calcium channel blocker used in the management of high blood pressure and certain heart-related chest pain (angina), as prescribed by the physician. It helps relax and widen blood vessels so that blood flows more easily and the heart pumps more efficiently.

• Helps in control of high blood pressure (hypertension) under medical supervision
• Improves blood flow by relaxing blood vessels
• Reduces workload on the heart and may help prevent complications of uncontrolled BP
• Useful in doctor-prescribed management of angina (chest pain)
• Once-daily dosing as directed by the physician

• Use this medicine strictly as directed by your doctor.
• Swallow the tablet whole with water; do not crush, chew or break unless advised.
• Try to take the dose at the same time every day.
• Do not stop the medicine suddenly without consulting your doctor, even if you feel better.
• If you miss a dose, take it as soon as you remember. If it is nearly time for the next dose, skip the missed dose – do not double the dose.
• Inform your doctor about all other medicines you are taking (BP, heart, kidney, diabetes etc.).

• Amlodipine Besilate IP – equivalent to Amlodipine 10 mg
• Excipients: q.s. (as per manufacturer’s formulation)

• Store in a cool, dry place.
• Protect from light.
• Keep out of reach of children.
• Use only on the prescription and advice of a registered medical practitioner.
• Do not use the tablets after the expiry date printed on the pack.
