Zomelis-DM Forte Tablet SR is a combination medicine used to control high blood sugar levels in adults with type 2 diabetes mellitus. It helps the body utilize insulin more effectively and removes excess glucose through urine, reducing the risk of diabetes-related complications such as kidney failure, blindness, nerve damage, and heart disease. It is used along with a healthy diet, regular exercise and weight management.

Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

Take in the dose and duration as prescribed by your doctor. Swallow whole with water. Do not chew or crush. Take with food to prevent gastric discomfort. Continue regularly to maintain sugar control.

Zomelis-DM Forte Tablet SR contains three antidiabetic medicines:

Dapagliflozin – Removes excess glucose via urine
Vildagliptin – Increases insulin release & prevents liver from producing glucose
Metformin – Reduces glucose absorption & improves insulin sensitivity
