Each uncoated bi-layer tablet contains:

Indications
For the management of hypertension (high blood pressure). Combination therapy when monotherapy is not sufficient. Use only under a registered medical practitioner's guidance.
Dosage & Directions
Dosage: As directed by the physician.
Directions: Swallow tablet whole with water. Do not chew or crush. Take at the same time each day for better effect.

Store protected from light and moisture. Keep in a cool, dry place at a temperature not exceeding 30°C. Keep out of reach of children.
Warnings & Precautions
- Prescription only — do not use without a doctor’s prescription.
- Telmisartan may cause harm to the unborn child — discontinue if pregnancy is detected.
