CTD-MT 6.25/25/40 Tablet ER is a combination medicine used in the treatment of hypertension (high blood pressure). It works by relaxing blood vessels, improving heart efficiency, and removing extra water and electrolytes from the body, helping to reduce blood pressure.

It can be taken with or without food, preferably at the same time daily. Since it increases urine output, avoid taking this medicine within 4 hours of bedtime to prevent frequent night urination. Continue taking it as long as your doctor prescribes.
