• Telmisartan I.P.: 40 mg
• Metoprolol Succinate I.P. (ER): 25 mg
• Chlorthalidone I.P.: 6.25 mg
• Colours: Yellow Oxide of Iron & Titanium Dioxide I.P.

• Take one tablet daily or as prescribed by your physician.
• Swallow whole with water; do not chew or crush.
• Take at a fixed time every day for consistent BP control.

• Store below 30°C in a dry place, protected from light and moisture.
• Keep out of reach of children.
• Do not remove tablet from strip until ready to use.
