Amlosafe-LS 5/5 contains Amlodipine (a calcium channel blocker) and Lisinopril (an ACE inhibitor). This fixed-dose combination is prescribed for the management of high blood pressure (hypertension) and to help protect the heart and blood vessels as directed by your physician.

- Use exactly as directed by your physician.
- Swallow the tablet whole with water; do not crush or chew.
- Take the dose at the same time every day for best results.
- Do not stop the medicine suddenly without medical advice, even if you feel better.
- If you miss a dose, take it as soon as you remember. If it is almost time for the next dose, skip the missed one – do not double the dose.
- Inform your doctor about all other medicines you are taking (for heart, BP, diabetes, kidney disease etc.) before starting this tablet.
- Amlodipine Besylate IP – equivalent to Amlodipine 5 mg
- Lisinopril IP – equivalent to Anhydrous Lisinopril 5 mg
- Excipients: q.s. (as per manufacturer’s formulation)
- Store in a cool and dry place.
- Protect from light.
- Keep out of reach of children.
- Use only on the prescription and under supervision of a Registered Medical Practitioner.
- Do not use the tablets after the expiry date mentioned on the pack.
