Amlosafe 3D Tablet

Amlosafe 3D is a prescription bilayer tablet that combines Amlodipine Besylate IP (5 mg), Telmisartan IP (40 mg) and Hydrochlorothiazide IP (12.5 mg). It is used as part of the treatment plan for high blood pressure (hypertension) as advised by a registered medical practitioner.

This bilayer tablet helps provide convenient once-daily dosing in patients who need more than one medicine to control blood pressure.
