• Telmisartan I.P.: 40 mg
• Metoprolol Succinate I.P. (Extended Release): 50 mg
• Chlorthalidone I.P.: 12.5 mg

• Take one tablet daily or as prescribed by your doctor.
• Swallow the tablet whole with water; do not chew or crush.
