• Telmisartan I.P.: 40 mg
• Cilnidipine I.P.: 10 mg
• Metoprolol Succinate I.P. (Extended Release): 25 mg

• Take one tablet daily or as directed by your doctor.
• Swallow whole with water; do not chew or crush.
