Aspirin Gastro-Resistant Tablets IP 75 mg (Ecosprin-75) is a low-dose prescription antiplatelet medicine used to prevent heart attacks, strokes, and blood clot formation in patients with cardiovascular conditions. Its special gastro-resistant coating protects the stomach lining, minimizing irritation while maintaining the effectiveness of Aspirin.
